Backache....I hate it. Nothing will make it go away. I have tried everything from exercise to massages.

For the past two days I have been lying on the floor but I am wondering if it makes the aching worse.

At least its an excuse not to do the housework and I do get lots of back-rubs so its not all bad :o)
