All is quiet and peaceful in our little house.

For days there hasn't been any raised voices or sullen sliences.

I really rather like it.

No doubt come the weekend we will be back to normal but I hope this calm lasts a little longer.

Last night we were discussing what to get each other for Christmas.

I know what Rupert wants. In fact I have a long list of sutable gifts.

But the problem is me.

I have no idea what I want.

I don’t need any clothes or shoes, I don’t wear makeup. I will get toiletries of someone no doubt and money from my parents.

So that leaves not a lot. I have looked on FireBox to see what toys they have. I know he wants the PowerZ-200 but I am not falling for the old trick of buying me the toy he wants.

Admittedly, that would be good but I know what will happen. It will be bought for me but he will commandeer it and I will never see it again.

So I am on a hunt in my spare time otherwise I will end up with nothing.

So I had better get looking…
