I want to go to bed. I am so tired I can barely keep my eyes open.

I know I am not short of B12 as I only had the top up injection last month. My immume system appears to be collapsing slowly.

I have absolutly no energy whatsoever, I don't want to go anywhere or see anyone apart from Rupert.

I get one thing after another. Is it any wonder I am so down..?

I am existing rather than living.
