Yesterday I finally did the exam for the training course I did back in April, the test was multiple choice on a computer programme and lasted 50 minutes, at the end we could go back and check our answers.

So I did.

And the programme crashed.

I called the moderator who went as white as a sheet and said he would have to call the software engineers.

5 minutes later he came back with an authorisation number but needed to delete some files off the server...he assured me that my test wouldn't be deleted.

Guess what....?

Yep that's right - he deleted my test.

I had to call work as the pool car was due back in an hour but there was no signal.

I decided to bite the bullet and do the test again.

I completed it in 10 minutes and 31 seconds.

What's more - I passed with a score of 81%.

I got the car back 20 minutes late and I was explaining to the security guard why I was late and we got onto the subject of the underground car park, I asked how you got to park in there and was told it was managers only. The reason I asked was we are having a lot of people move to our building and the car parks are now overflowing and I was whining that I had to walk miles to get to the building and he said "well you should do our job, we have to walk around the site and all the floors". I commented that it must keep them fit - just then another of the guards walked in, how can I describe him....if people started singing "who ate all the pies" he wouldn't be able to sing as his mouth would be full....

I made a quick exit after that.

Later on, being the nosey git I am - I started wondering if I had passed the first time and did I do better....? or did I fail...? Of course no one can answer me and it will have to stay as one of the unexplained mysteries of the world.
