Rupert made the sweetest gesture last night. It made my insides flutter.

We were discussing the hot topic - my new car and how I would pay for it.

The repayents are going to be about £300 per month and he wondered how I would get the money.

I said I would take another job, two if I had to. Work in a Pub at nights and at the stables at the weekend.

He said he would take care of it. He would put off buying his new car to help me pay for mine should I need it.

"I would rather give you the money and have you here with me than buy my own new car..."

At that point I was nearly crying.

Crying because he was prepared to put off a new car for himself, just so he could help me out. His is 7 years old. He should have a new one.

And as much as I am grateful for that, I won't let it happen. I will find a way somehow.
