I am going to very shortly.

Over a month ago I ordered a pair of long leather riding boots and went to pick them up today. Its an hour and 15 minutes each way.

And guess what.....

.....Yep you guessed it. The boots don't fit.

Apparently I am a size 6 foot with a 37cm calf and 37cm in height.

To get boots that fit my leg height I would need size 3 feet and loose 10-15 cm off each calf.

So I have 2 options but only 1 1/2 months.

1) loose 10 cm off each calf in 1 month and order some boots with is another month waiting time.

2) get a pair of made to measure boots at £500 and these take 3 months.

I don't really want to get MTM boots for 2 reasons:

1) what happens if I do lose the weight from my calves..? I am then going to end up with a pair of £500 boots that don't fit and I can't sell them as they will only fit me.

2) I am made redundant at the end of the month..? I am going to need all the money I have.

So....how can I lose the 10 cm from my legs without putting on muscle in 1 month...?
