A while ago I had 2 smear tests come back abnormal so for the next few tests I had to go to the hospital.

Today was another one.

The insist you watch the process on a TV monitor.

Yea.

Its something you don't want to see just before lunch, especially when you are vegetarian as well.

I can stomach most things, I have had to with my illness. I can cope with blood transfusions, barium enemas, barium meals, injections, tubes in both ends, the lot but this...

Ugh.

They squirted some saline solution in there and that made me feel sick. I am not sure why, I could feel it sloshing around and then dribbling out before he started painting idoine around.

He looked like he was having fun - which in my mind is wrong. Sure you can have fun in your job but a gynocologist having fun...creepy.

So anyway, I will get my result in about 6 weeks time. I hope it comes back clear. I think the abnormal cells appeared last year just before I relapsed. Hopefully now I am better they should have returned to normal.

And tonight we are off to see Scooby Doo.
