Yea it was a good weekend.

The meal we had in Bristol was fantastic, it was the kind of meal you dream about when you are hungry and wished you had requested a Doggy Bag.

My other half went flying and from what he said it was a pretty hair-raising flight.

I appear to have come down with a sore throat, it hurts to swallow. In a way that's good as now perhaps I can lose a bit of weight.

I am tired as well. I worked out that I am due for another Vitamin B12 injection, so that is booked for Thursday.

Tonight I am supposed to be playing squash with my other half but to be honest I haven't got the energy, I have just enough in reserve to type this.

Ahh how I am looking forward to my bed.
