Just been watching a cookery show and the chef was making a salad.

It was a lump of ricotta cheese with cauliflower bits stuck in it and a basic dressing poured over it.

The result looked like someone had thrown up a thai curry onto a plate.

I could be a fantastic TV chef...

...for my main dish I will be preparing a cheese buttie with a sliver of mustard....
