When we were home at Easter I bought 2 rubber ducks for the bath as I have been after some for about a year now. I tried them out last night but one didn’t float, it kept tipping over…! Oh no Disaster.

So we were resigned to having a Duck that couldn’t swim, then we had an idea that if we made a hole in it perhaps it would let out the air and would start to float. Out came the surgical tools (a screwdriver) the next question was where to make the hole. I said how about on his stopper, that was a bad idea as it could fill up with water, Rupert said to put the hole in the top of the head. I said No. How would you like a hole in your head…? So we agreed on making the hole in the middle of its mouth.

It worked and we called it Pamela (as in Pamela Anderson) because it has had Cosmetic Surgery. The other one is Pricilla. All our animals have names, Maude the Cow, Mable the Big Duck, Harriet the Hippo, Cleo the Cat, Pamela and Pricilla the Ducks and Taz.

Noah has nothing on us.

Other exciting news is our washing machine has broken again :o( Luckily the guy who fixed it last time can get out tomorrow to fix it. Fantastic…!

And now I must take my leave and change all my passwords before they expire and I can’t do any work. What a shame that would be.
