I got an attack of the nerves about an hour ago and it has completly unsettled me.

I have phone Roop and he is OK, my parents are fine as are the cats.

Rupert is the one that normally gets these feeling and they are generally accurate.

I wonder what it could be but I don't like it one bit. I am really worried.
