I am on wind-down as I finish for Christmas a week today. :oD

I still need to do Christmas Shopping for Mum, Dad, Daniella and a few extra bits for Rupert (even though he said he doesn't want anything).

I have no idea what to get them, Roop has already sorted out his presents to my parents and I have got something for his, but to make matters worse it's Mums birthday on Christmas Eve.

She has just started complaining (after 50+ years) that she doesn't get a Birthday present, people just buy her a Christmas one and say "It's for your Birthday as well"....I can understand that, but when you ask her what she wants it's always, "Oh don't bother - just get me something for Christmas and that will do".....!!!!

I think I will get her (for her Birthday) 2 bottles of her favourite perfume and some Thornton's Continental Chocolate, as for Christmas....??????

Dad is a pain....he has everything he wants apart from an AC Cobra and a villa in Northern Cyprus, he has access to any TVR he wants, so a Track Day in a Supercar is out of the equation. I was thinking of a trial flying lesson but like Roop said, once it's done it's done. I have been hunting on eBay for a nice Zippo but all the nice/collectable ones he has got already.

Bah Humbug.

Daniella....now all she wants is paint or stuff for her dogs. Considering she had an art studio built at the bottom of her garden a few years ago, that is fully stocked, paint/materials will be surplus. I don't think she has been in there for a year or so. I am still waiting for my 25th Birthday portrait to appear.

Perhaps I should just sack Christmas off (no pun intended) and make presents Blue Peter Stylee out of Toilet Rolls, Double Back Sticky Tape and Crepe Paper....
